CE3 (Community Enrichment, Encouragement & Empowerment) is a community-based nonprofit organization dedicated to helping individuals and families move from surviving to thriving. Our mission is to eradicate poverty through a holistic, trauma-informed approach that addresses the interconnected barriers impacting families and communities. We want to inspire people living in low-income communities to burst through the glass ceilings that have been placed above us and push to do all the things that people have told us that we couldn't.
Avenues for Success
CE3 is in the business of changing and shaping lives. The work we do at our Non-Profit Organization is aimed at providing a holistic approach to solving some of our society’s biggest challenges. We make sure our partners are empowered by creating opportunities for individuals and communities. CE3 addresses the root causes of generational poverty through comprehensive family support. Our approach reaches every member of the household, creating lasting pathways to economic stability and self-determination . We focus on 4 walls to stabilize success.
Employment
Our goal at CE3 is to provide individuals in low income communities with career opportunities. Economic Mobility & Workforce Development – supporting career exploration, workforce readiness, entrepreneurship, career advancement, and access to meaningful career pathways that lead to sustainable wages and long-term economic growth.

Education
At CE3 we strive to provide acces to educational opportunities for low income individuals. Educational & Career Pathways – exposing youth and adults to the wide range of educational and career-building opportunities available, including trade schools, apprenticeship programs, industry certifications, two-year and four-year colleges, and other pathways that can lead to meaningful careers and economic mobility.

Financial Strategy
Our goal at CE3 is to provide our participants with the tools to improve their financial outlook. Helping individuals and families develop practical strategies to manage resources, build assets, increase financial stability, and create pathways toward long-term wealth and economic independence.
